Of course, since we only have a few physical locations this means we can keep our costs lower than a typical local dealer. Local dealers will often stock 10 or even up to 50 homes on their lot, and they charge your for the privelage. We understand that, especially with single wides, most floorplans are going to be very similar. So why have 10 of the same? Even at the physical sales lots we DO have, we try to keep a very slim inventory to ensure youre getting the aboslute lowest price you can.
Will my home come with a warranty?
It depends, since we represent so many manufacturers. Most manufacturers are legally required to provide at least a 1 year warranty on their product. Beyond that, we offer a 7 year warranty, among other options. Getting a warranty besides the one provided by your manufacturer is a smart choice, as it insures you against future problems with your investment, so you can go to sleep at night knowing that the next floor leak wont drain your wallet! We always recommend protecting the asset that is your new home, but we also understand the budget a lot of customers may have. If it doesnt make sense for your situation, we wont force you to purchase a warranty (especially if youre the handyman type person!)
