Building a new home, or any construction project for that matter, is fraught with delays by its very nature. Why? Its like a juggling act, with 100 moving parts. Not only is this common, but its actually quite a standard process. Another common delay is weather, you cant predict when itll rain on your property stopping the concrete from being poured or not, for obvious reasons. Delays are something you will need to be comfortable with before starting a new home project with a manufactured home.
